Yoda

Jacob was given the nickname Yoda when he was very young because he has his mother's ears.

He hasn't been called Yoda since he was a baby.

But I do keep a Yoda toy in his memory box.

The other day Jacob was looking in the mirror and he said,

"Mom, I don't want these ears, can you take them off?"

I said,

"What? You don't like your ears?

But your ears are just like my ears...

They are cool!"

With that he looked and my ears and said,

"Oh."
